I’m Angela, an integrative counsellor, yoga and mindfulness teacher based in Lancashire. I work both online and from my Blackpool office, supporting adults who are navigating anxiety and depression, stress and overwhelm, burnout, grief, relationship challenges, or going through a life transition.
My approach is gentle and grounded, drawing from person-centred therapy, CBT, and mindfulness. If you’re neurodivergent, whether you identify as ADHD, autistic, or are exploring a later-in-life diagnosis, you’ll find a space here that is affirming, understanding, and respectful of how your mind and body work.
This is a place where you can speak openly, feel supported, and begin to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels safe and sustainable.

Counselling
I offer counselling to adults (18+), offering a compassionate, reflective space to explore what’s going on for you at your own pace. My integrative approach supports both short-term work and longer, deeper therapeutic exploration, always guided by care, curiosity and respect for your individual experience.
I offer in-person sessions at my comfortable, relaxed Blackpool office, and online so you can access support from your own space while building greater self-understanding, resilience, and meaningful change.

Mindfulness
I offer both one-to-one mindfulness sessions and group courses, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). These evidence-based approaches are delivered online in a supportive and inclusive environment, combining guided practice, reflection and gentle exploration.
